Graffiti in Palermo

Palermo is the district next to Recoleta, and ranges from fashion-house fancy to down-at-the-heels. Somewhere in between these two I took the following two pics, near the intersection of Costa Rica and Gurruchaga.

This one is a fish, obviously, though it appears that this fish is being ridden by a small child with a snorkel (presumably so the child can breathe):



This related graffito appears to be Aquaman, though the dollar sign near his hand makes me think there's some political reference (presumably to corruption) that I'm not getting:



And yes, I'm posting these as much to show off my improving iPad-photo-taking skillz as for their intrinsic interest.
